WW1 Cavalry Canteen Cover - Dated 1918
Condition: Fair, with a significant amount of wear from age and use. This includes an area on the back that had started to mold, although it has since stopped and looks to be a stain at this point now. Both brass snaps work as they should and there are no holes, tears, frays, or other issues with the canvas.
The cover is marked Long 2-18 (February 1918) and would have been used by a mounted/cavalry unit. These cavalry covers are significantly harder to find than the usual WW1 covers, so don't miss out on this one!
