WWII VICTORY MEDAL 1946 Contract Full Size MINT IN BOX in Wrapping:
$19.99
One of THE earliest, if not the earliest, issues of the WWII Victory Medal, which actually was the very FIRST full sized medal issued after WWII. Ribbons were commonly available, but medals weren\'t issued until 1946 and thereafter.
What you will get is a mint, unissued condition full size medal and ribbon untouched and unwrapped since it was made. I won\'t unwrap them to photograph them but they are present. They may have detached from the cardboard hanger over the years but they are intact.
This might be your last chance to get one of these in as good condition.****Offers are ALWAYS considered, but not always accepted :) If an item already has a offer, I almost never cancel or end the sale early. It\'s a personal policy, because I HATE when it is done to me). Just about every time, though, it costs me money, and the *offer* person saves money in the end LOL.
From the BATTLEFIELD MILITARY MUSEUM collection, which was located in Gettysburg, Pa, and in operation for over 60 years! Things which did not sell in the store were *stored*! Many sections of the large building had not been inventoried for many, many years! He began is collecting career with stamps, progressed to coins and paper money, and then military, starting when he was a child working in his parents candy shop.
