Up for Purchaseis a "Replacement Copy" of the 1918 AU LION Trench Knife "Skullcrusher" pommel. I needed one --could not find one so I had a Master machinistmake a few. This pommel was craftedusingall the specs. from anoriginial 1918 AU LION pommel.This was made in the U.S.A. using U.S. Steel anAmerican Lathe andyears of experience. Theend piecewas tapped to 10/32(after examining a few originals this is what we believe they used in1918.) I myself was pleased with the quality and fit.This pommel was chemicallyblackened and oiledjust like the original. I hope this helps someone who might need a replacement.
