Gold laurel wreath with a gold Maltese cross on it covered in white enamel. The cross is beneath the gold cypher of the Emperor Nicholas II beneath gold Imperial crown. In the center of the cross is a small gold shield with the enamel representation of the Moscow coat of arms beneath the gold Imperial crown.Between the upper and lateral rays of the cross is the gold cyphers of the Empress Catherine II and the Emperor Alexander III beneath the gold Imperial crowns,between the lower rays are the dates “1790”and “1890” inscribed in gold. Underneath the cross, where the wreaths meet,is a black grenade with gold flames and the gold number “100”.
