The hat is new never used perfect condition. Garrison Cap(Pilotka) from USSR military stocks. USSR stamp inside, most of them manufactured before Soviet Union collapsed.

Colour: Khaki color shade, could be darker or lighterthanon picture.

Material: 100% cotton.

Metal red/green star badge isattached.

In the USSR the Garrison Cap was known as a "Pilotka" (from "pilot" — the cap was a part of air force pilots' uniform in World War I).

They were the most common type of hat in the WWII Red Army and were used in summer instead of the winter ushankas.
