STALIN PRIZE First class Type 1 - 1948 on the back Type 2 - 1949 Type 3 - 1950 Type 4 - 1951 Type 5 - 1952 Second class Type 1 - 1948 on the back Type 2 - 1949 Type 3 - 1950 Type 4 - 1951 Type 5 - 1952 Third class Type 1 - 1948 on the back Type 2 - 1949 Type 3 - 1950 Type 4 - 1951 Type 5 - 1952 STATE PRIZE ( of the CCCP) - replaced the Stalin prize First class - GOLD MEDAL Type 1 - Early design (Same desigb as 2nd and 3rd class) Type 2 - late design Type 3 - Transitional award - Face of the medal is identical to Type 2, but on the back it is written - state prize of the RSFSR. Second class - Only one type observed Third class - Only one type observed __________________ Under the banner of Marxism-Leninism, under the leadership of the Communist Party--forward to new victories in the construction of communism!
