Resolution for Victory Order (NLF)
This NLF award was instituted on August 9th, 1965, and awarded to units and individuals who were separated from their families while involved in the liberation of the south. It is a three class award, shown below is the third class Order with one star on the ribbon. The inscription reads: QUYET THANG (Resolved to Win)
It was widely awarded to troops who participated in the Spring, 1975 General Offensive It was awarded in the first class to PAVN Colonel General Tran Van Tra, commander of NLF forces in Saigon during the entire war against the Americans.
