I need help for this silver medal.

It is on sale an auction, but I don´t know what it is ?

It is Egyptian, to commemorate the completion of the construction of the Aswan High Dam in 1964. This was, of course, completed with Soviet assistance.

I'm not too sure about the Green and black Ribbon.
This in 1964 instituted Medal awarded to people involved in the construction of the Aswan Dam should have a medium Green ribbon with 2 yellow stripes. Another source describes white stripes. Was there 3 ribbon colours?
