Picked this pair up recently. Anyone know what the requirements were to obtain this? How common is it? Value?

Odznak ceskoslovenského partyzána.
Was created and given to the training of Czech partisans as well as some Yugoslav partisans who fought shoulder to shoulder against the German invader. 24,000 of them numbered. Subsequently established, but no more numbers. An example of numerical order of my collection :
