I'd say the awards are mounted in totally incorrect order on those bars. Plus, the fold marks on the ribbons indicate these have been single mounted previously for a long time and then transferred to these bars. See my pic what I mean.

Maybe the owner had the ribbons backwards and the seller made them right. these things happend! Check this bar out:

Soviet awards group
That bar is identical to my first Purchase(before I new better). Interesting combination of of Lenin's Centennial medallion mounted on an Order of the Red Star Ribbon.
As soon as I can get them scanned I'll post a documented Brother-Sister Group(about 28 medals).
