Privileges started in March 1945.
Booklet filled in on 23 August 1946.

Awarded on 14 June 1946 by the Chief of the Personnel Department of the 8th Guards Army, Guards Colonel Melnik.

Continiung to go through medal documents I have aquired over the last couple of months. This one is a Budapest Medal Document awarded in 1947. Can someone give me a name and unit please.
