Help with a Voennyj Bilet

Dear Members,

I am kindly asking your help to decipher/understanding this ID.

I can read that it was issued to Shvedov, Ivan Alekseevich, born in 1912. At the top I can read that he was excluded from military list for .. age, signed 28/1/63. "Isklyuchen s V/Ycheta za dostizenniem ...nogo vozrasta". What is that word?

Then, this bilet was issued by the War Kommisariat "B (?).Soldatskim rajonnim (?)" Kurskaya oblast (?). Am I reading it correctly and what does this B stand for?

Also by whom was this signed? By St. Offizer (?)..? I can't figure this one out!

Also in the second page it is written that he was in the "Gruppa Ucheta" SV before and then SA. I assume SA is Sovietskaya Armiya, but SV? Also how do you correctly translate Gruppa Ucheta?

Last but not least, any chance to figure out what the stamps say?

Marco, I proposed a rather inexpensive solution and you chose to decline it.

I usually charge $10 to summarize all the information in such a soldier booklet and have done many such booklets for several forum subscribers.

I wish I could help. I have a few IDs (with more on the way hopefully) and since I can read very very little Russian I need an expert translator as well.
Trouble is they're so few and far between.

I probably put too many questions in my first topic. Anyhow I do want to translate it myself!! I try not to be a victim of such a consumer way of doing things! I can read Russian, I have a dictionary and I have a Russian native speaker seating with me at the table. Asking you to translate it for me would be pure laziness. I do however have some limitation and that's what I asked!

As I wrote, that SV (I did not find it in the abbreviation lists of the forum) or the word up there I couldn't make out. Etc.

Somehow I feel like I learn much more translating this myself, even if it is a painful process. Maybe I am nuts...

"Removed from the military list (or "roster") for reaching the age limit."

That other abbreviation on the second scan is probably "starshi", not "shtab", so it would be roughly "senior officer". Kursk Military District appears to be the region. The rest is beyond me and my in-house translator.

I'd say that if you really want it done right, get a couple booklets done by Destantnik, and then learn from those translations. That Russian script is a real bear to read for poorly trained eyes like mine.

What about the meaning of B. is that Belorussian? And of that SV?
