I get:
"THE ARMOURED TECHNICS PARADES BECAME ALSO MOTORS THE SOVIET AND RUSSIAN MILITARY TECHNOLOGY 1918-1995" or: "THE ARMOURED ENGINEERING PARADES BECAME ALSO MOTORS THE SOVIET AND RUSSIAN MILITARY TECHNOLOGY 1918-1995"  "СТАЛИ И МОТОРОВ" doesn't translate too well I guess.
