Orders of the Soviet republics

Another book by Kutsenko and Smirnov. Idon't have it, so I will appreceate any comments.

Can't comment on the book, but it seems as if this Kutsenko has a series of these great, similar looking books..I wonder if he is online somewhere? would be great to invite him to visit the site, maybe just to say hello or post a price list of his books?

I do have this one. It's much easier to get than another one. It's the most complete and only one I know reference on Republican orders. Contains photo, description, and lists of awardees. Even if you don't collect republican orders but would like to know, this is the one!

Received my copy of Kuchenko and Smirnov's "Orders of Soviet Republics"..Excellent! he even autographed it for me..Thanks Eugene. The quality of some of the award photographs is a little on the grainy side though. Weird thing is, some are good, some not so good. A good note: The document photos are the best I've ever seen. The scans I've included aren't inidicative of the actual quality as they are compressed for image size....

Order of the Red Banner of the Armenian SSR..this book is nice because it also gives an English summary at the end of each award..Note the interesting bent-pin construction in the scan..
