New Book by Kutsenko - Stars of the World Order
I just saw this book on eBay:

SIZE 12" x 8 1/2" Fully illustrated in color pictures. This album pioneers a presentation of one of the major constituents of the Order sets highest level, the Stars, of a great part of world countries from the time of their origin to the end of the XX century. The annotations provide the information about the time when these Orders were instituted, their classes and grades, the purpose of individual decorations and reorganisations of the systems of decorations. The final part of this album acquaints the reader with the most known firms producing the Stars of the Orders.
