I received the book. It is really nice.
Many good pictures of Space awards and interesting information

The information I have is that SPACE EXPLORATION AWARDS: Catalog, Volume II, Part 2 will be out some time next year so for those of us who are eagerly awaiting this book we're going to have to wait a little bit longer!
