I don't know if that's what You need, but...
the booklet is officer's ID from 40's. Quite and expensive. It's for Michaił Iwanowicz Koshevoj He received TT pistol on 20.09.1941 - by office of NKVD troops. He was born on 14.10.1903 in the city of Ivan, Krai of Chabarovsk He was maried to Lidia Nikolaievna Kulikova in Saratov and had 1 child. On 9.01.43 given the function of deputy intendant in Leningrad (?) front. on 7.06.1942 - deputy commander (or commisar?) of some division for support (back). Got the rank of major on 26.12.41 by Leningrad (?) Front Got the rank of lt. colonel of intendant service on 29.01.43 by PC of Defense. |

Also, I can be mistaken, but the surname Koshevoy sounds somewhat familiar to me... |

Therwe was someone by that name (full) arrested in 1939, but this is a coincidence, since he was born 5 yrs. earlier.
