Award cards / docs of "Non-Black" and "Western Siberia"

Following discussions these last days with,
* one member of this Forum (who never saw any of them), and
* one reputable dealer (who saw/got them only one time each),
I have the following question :

Has any member of the Forum ever seen (or - much more interesting - ever be the owner) the award cards / docs of these two medals :

* Medal for Dev. of Non-Black Earth Region of the RFSR

* Medal for Dev. of Petrochemical Complex of Western Siberia ?

If yes, can you tell when you saw these docs or, better post pictures ?

Just to add that we have no reference at all of these docs (except if I'm wrong) as they are not pictured in PMD's book.

PS : If you say it is not your docs as you don't have the scan at the present rime, does this mean that you own these, and will be able to post pics of them ?

Interesting to notice that even on the Mondvor site
(where the images of the "Medal for Dev. of Non-Black Earth Region of the RFSR"'s doc you posted are coming fom),
there is no pic of the doc of the "Medal for Dev. of Petrochemical Complex of Western Siberia"...

I belive if you are taking pictures from another site, at least you should mention that.

doc for the "Medal for Dev. of Petrochemical Complex of Western Siberia" awarded to woman will be placed on Mondvor site this month.

I posted another doc and gave the Mondvor the credit, But I deleted it and so there was no credit.

Tal effectively put the credit (in fact not in the 1st doc, but with the 2nd one) before deleting this doc (in fact it was not the right one asked : Western Siberia) and so the associated credit disappeared.

It is the origin of my remark about the fact that the Mondvor site does not even show this doc, because I checked it, having seen the credit.
