Small medal for the victory over Germany

Hello, somebody knows this small medal for the victory over Germany?

I bought a set on eBay. The medal for foreigners is according to salesperson. Whether this is correct, I cannot say. I have another document. Can somebody read the name? The possibly more American or more English behalf?

Gzheshik, Frants Voitekhovich
I believe this is Polish or Czech

Well if this document awarded to a foreigner accompanies the mini, we've discussed a Polish link to these minis above. I see a perfect fit.
