30th Anniversary of the Victory in WWII
Were these medals given to foreigners?
If yes, how can you differentiate them with the regular one? Thanks for your help.

Where on the back side it says "To a warrior" or "Labor front" (only on 30th and 40th anniversary medals), it is blank on the versions for foreigners.
