30th Anniversary of the Victory in WWII

Were these medals given to foreigners?

If yes, how can you differentiate them with the regular one?

Thanks for your help.

Where on the back side it says "To a warrior" or "Labor front" (only on 30th and 40th anniversary medals), it is blank on the versions for foreigners.

You are showing two different medals
The obverse is for 30 Years, the reverse is 20 Years.
For 30 Years, - Tretov is correct.
20 Years - there was no difference in medals awarded to foreigners

Oh yeah, that's true! I haven't seen that when I posted that picture I took on the Internet.

Thank you very much for your quick answers!
