Frankly, I dont really see what is wrong with the item description apart from the seller not knowing the formal name of the medal--not unusual within 99.9999% of the folks in the world. The guy got it in Ukraine, which seems right, and he says it is illegal to export--also basically correct....

Absolutley Agree.
If we look at this post from the very begining and apply 99.9999% theory, there wont be much to laugh about and instead of it would probably be more like
