In a Sotheby's catalogue of an auction from 1994, I found several interesting items presented to Kim Philby.
Commemorative shield presented by the Siberian KGB in 1974 :

My favorite...
Official congratulatory adress presented to Philby by the KGB in 1974. Signed by Yuri Andropov, head of the KGB.
Very unusual way of awarding orders and medals: ".....You are decorated with the order of the Red Banner and the jubilee medal "In commemoration of the birthday of V.I. Lenon....(and) the order of Freindship od peoples..." WOW!
