Still no answer to the question on why this ribbon was made? meanwhile I bough this ribbon - 10 cm wide and 2 meters long:

i have never seen another...no units were awarded the order of victory, so it might be for a display, perhaps not actually a flag? ...i can't think of anything else... dougd |
