You ain't gonna believe this, but the HSU sold for $4550 with 12 bidders and 17 bids. I couldn't resist and contact the previous winning bidder and this is what he had to say:
Dear geroicccp, I spotted a "copy" medal with the same serial number before I paid for it. Offered to pay to have it authenticated. He refused. No deal was made. ************************************************* And so that is why this HSU was relisted. I wonder if the new winner is bright enough to figure out that he got a fake?! I expect to see this medal again on ebay! |
