That's some awesome feedback. Can anyone recommend a researcher that would be up to this task? I know researching an award from just the number is very hard and very few can do it, but i think its necessary to keep the history with the medal.

On a second note. This was only a small part of his inventory and i'm now going back for seconds, thirds.....

This is why I now carefully record what I got from whom, and also why I'm afraid to let stuff go without research. Given where and how I found what I found, I strongly suspect I have more than a few hidden groups in my collection. My pond is fairly small and the stream that feeds it is not far from the mountains, so it's quite possible and even likely.
