I know the condition is a bit "rough," but the document was given to me, so the price was right. It has been folded to the size of an award booklet and obviously carried around. Some time in the fairly distant past, tape was used on the reverse to re-inforce the folded edges. But even after that, it was still folded and continued to be carried. Can anyone translate the name of the recipient? Mike |
