Some soviet blades!

One of my favorite collecting subject: soviet cavalry.

Here is a sword of austerity made in 1942, a cavalry gymnastiorka, spurs and visor hat with round visor.

Second, a cossack sword (1939) with its original leather pom and a dragoon one from early soviet era (1921).

I remember passing on some nice blades a few years ago because I thought $300 was nuts. Oh, where is that time machine when you really need it!

I agree withyou Jeffrey....this kind of swords are quite expensive now...Sometimes, Luck is here and you can find one at a reasonnable price!
