Daggers Identification please

Gentlemen,

Can the experts on this matter please help idetifying these two daggers?
I believe they are Soviet, at least one of them has a date, 1978, so apparently from before the end of former USSR.

All information, such as if from the Navy (at least one of them seems a Navy Dagger), Army, the rank, the value, etc, is very much welcome.

Thanks a lot,

Dolf

Dolf,

You need to attach a picture!

Thanks!

daggers

The daggers are 1970's officers parade daggers with belts; navy and army. Nice daggers, worth about $150 each with belt.

I realize this last pic (scan) doesn't show clearly the "strange" symbol, if necessary I can try to post a better close-up.

Thanks a lot for any help.

Best,

Dolf

PS: Rusty, I was just starting...

Doug,

Thank you very much.

$150 is a buying or a selling price?
Bothy look in excellent condition but on the Navy one there is a small rivet missing, visible on pic3 of the 1st Dagger.
Btw, what is that "strange" symbol on the one from the Army?

Thanks again,

Dolf
