The triangle flag pins are probably parade pins. They are similar to parade pins for the 30th anniversary of Great October (1947) and May day (same era). Same twist to the cords on the flag staff. That would make them shortly after the war. Circular pin with star and baby is Baby Lenin, and an early baby lenin (october grandchildren of Illich [Lenin]) approximately same era.
