I cannot see the back clearly to read the inscription, but I doubt it - probably a mining award. The ribbon incidentally shows the colors for the Ukrainian Soviet republic.

Komsomol far east
Thank you very much for pictures,far east and early Komsomol
badges seem hard to find,also from baltic countries Latvia and Lithaunia. Have around 300 to 400 different from 15 years of collecting. Seltex
