This is a general, armed forces medal, not one of those harder to find KGB or MOOP &c medals. It's also a later, silver plated (I doubt it) or german silver medal, not the solid silver variety. It's a rounded star point variation as well (common). The condition is nearly mint; I'd give it a well over 90% score. The ribbon is new and on a later issue, one piece aluminum suspension.
