Polish Warsaw medal w/old style doc 1940's - auction

Offered is a medal "for Warsaw" with an older style "ornate" booklet, issued in july 1948 to strzelec (private of infanty in old ranking system) Stefan-Broni(sław) Kubiak, son of Stanisław, born in 1925.
I have no additional info on the recipent, but most likely he received the award for the liberation of Warsaw.
On request I can provide translation of the whole document for free.
The condition of both award and document, as You can see, is far from perfect, buton the other hand original doc's from 40's are quite hard to get.
I don't know what to ask for it, so let's start with 25$. For one week (untill friday) I am open to Your "bids". Of course if the highest bid is 25$, it will go for this price.
