1.Very rare set for a higher ranking GST officer. Named (inside peaked cap). Includes tunic, peaked cap, shirt (with slip on insignia), tie, trousers, raincoat, quilted overcoat and 3 large photos of him at official GST functions. Excellent condition; shows use. A scarce and hard to find grouping. You will probably see a hundred NVA tunics to an officer in the GST. $500

2. Early dark collar NVA officer's tunic. Yellow piped for signals. Embroidered collar tabs. Rank of Unterleutnant. Size M48-1. Marked internally TGL and dtd 1967. Includes early cloth 5 ribbon bar. Excellent+ condition. $310

3. Dark collar NVA officer's tunic. White piped for Infantry. Embroidered collar tabs; Oberst. Size G48-1.Marked TGL and dtd 1967. $290

4.Early dark collar NVA officer's tunic. Green embroidered tabs for Border Guard. Rank of Oberst. Marked TGL & II/M (made 2nd Q of 1970). $330

5. Early dark collar NVA non-com officer's parade tunic with cuff bars. Pink piped for Panzer. Embroidered collar tabs & cuff bars. Rank of Feldwebel.
Wool material (for non-career). Size G52-1. Internally marked II/X (2nd Q of 1971 ). Includes 1st model Bester badge w/ "2" hanger. Excellent
condition. $230

6. Early dark collar NVA non-com officer's wool (non-career) tunic. Orange embroidered tabs for Paratrooper. Size G52-1. $185

10.Early Naval officer's winter fur hat with embroidered insignia. Dated 1965. Size 53. Nice condition. $90

11. NVA Paratroopers combat knife in the original box. Rare. Unused condition. $135

12.NVA Paratroopers "shroud cutting" knife. In original wrapping paper. Unused condition. $100

13.Cased AirForce General's dress dagger. In a red leather case with hangers and belt loop. Early low serial number 1537. $500

14. Boxed Naval presentation dagger. These were presented once a year to the top graduating cadets of the various service academies. The obverse
blade is engraved in gothic letters. In the original green cardboard box with hangers and belt loop. Serial number 3002. These daggers are extremely
rare. Excellent+ condition. Purchased in the early 1990's from the well known Canadian dagger author Kurt Glemser. He describes these daggers
in his books on European daggers. $700

15. VERY rare Vopo identification booklet (Dienstbuch) for a Hauptwachmeister der VP. Photo & stamps. Dated 1983. $125

16. Rare official permit to carry a weapon (MPi). Issued & dated 1978. $95

17. A Meissen porcelain "Ehrenplakette" for service in the military sports organization. Cased and includes the rare award paper (small & fits inside the case). Issued to an Oberst in the NVA & dated Berlin 1984.Ink signed by a Generalmajor. $195

18. A cased table medal for the DDR "civil defense" district Berlin. Very unique. Copper color. Red leather case. $95

A19. "Ehrenpokal" for the East German "Antifaschistischen" organization. Porcelain and in great condition. $500

1. DDR "ASV" ( a military sports organization ) flag. Early cotton construction. About 3x5 feet. The organization's symbol is in the middle. There is a
unique patch in the upper right obverse corner that is a shield in blue with DDR, a wreath, and a bull's eye. Probably a unit award flag for shooting
skills. Excellent condition. $130

2. FDJ/TP Youth drum cover for the "Bezirksmusikkorp Erfurt". Cotton construction. Excellent condition. $125

3. FDJ Youth trumpet banner with the original long trumpet. For the school "Betriebsberusschule Kallin". This banner is somehow connected with a
Soviet ( "Kallin" is in Russia ) organization. Silk construction. $230

4. FDGB "Wanderfahne" banner ( a traveling award flag). Between Magdeburg & Donezsk. Magdeburg was in the DDR & Donezsk in the Soviet
Union ( Urkraine ). This was part of the joint effort between the two countries to keep close ties. Nice condition. Silk construction. $240

5. DDR factory banner. For a factory in Dresden. They hung these on the walls for "inspiration". Silk construction. Very nice condition. $90

6. FDGB "Miner's Organization" banner. Early cotton construction with gold bullion metallic fringe. Shows use. These are rare. $225

7. Stasi "Dynamo" flag. Stasi maroon color red with a stylized "D" in the center in white. Cotton construction. These are scarce. $170

8. DDR/Soviet "Friendship" organization banner. Silk embroidered with fringe. Nice condition. $150

9. DDR Red Cross flag. Cotton construction. This flag is HUGE ( 6x10 ft or so). These East German Red Cross flags are not easy to find. $150

10. Flag for the East German Communist Party ( SED ). Cotton construction. 3x5 ft size. Excellent condition. $80

11. GST flag. Cotton construction. 3x5 ft size. Excellent condition. $50

12. Rare GST "Honor Banner" presented by the Central Committee of the GST in April 1973. Was given during the 10th annual East Block "Youth
Festival" held in Berlin that year ( has the unique festival patch in the upper right obverse corner). Includes a copy of the page from an original
hardback GST book that describes the banner's presentation to the DDR Gau of "Halle". Includes the original streamer. Very good condition; shows
some wear and use. $500

13. Another GST "Honor Banner" presented by the Central Committee of the GST in April 1972. With the original streamer. Similar to #12 above. Only
5 were presented that year. Also includes a copy of the page from the GST book describing the event as above. Same condition. $495

14. An "Honor Banner of the East German Communist Party ( Ehrenbanner der SED). These flags are rare. This is a complete set. Includes the flag,
streamer, pole, and pole top. Excellent++ condition. Silk construction ( see Tony Oliver's book on flags of the DDR for an example ). $700

15. A high quality "State Flag". These were used to represent the State on special occasions. It would have been used side-by-side with NVA Regimental
banners. Silk embroidered and large. Very rare. ( see Tony Oliver's book for an identical example ). Shows use, nice condition. $600

4. GST green tunic with the ever elusive slip-on boards ( 5 embroidered stars rank ). Size G48. Includes maroon piped O'seas cap unmarked but about
a size 57. These are surprisingly hard to find. $60
