I personally don't remember seeing a link to Gazette on the forum. However, it would be a dream come true to have free online access to all its issues!

Looks like I found a source for access to all hard-copies of the gazettes from 1961-1989. Not covering many years, but much better than nothing at all. Will see what I can get out if it and keep you posted (might take a bit of time before I get time to visit the library).
