This is a 1971 KOMSOMOL badge for excellent work in agroindustry. Made by Moscow mint. $8-15.

Nice piece. I really like the propaganda art with male and female workers together (Badge of Honour, BAM medal, etc.), so this is an interesting badge to me. Actually, the depiction kind of reminds me of the BAM medal; probably it is the woman's hairstyle.
