Fake Preservation of Public Order Medals

Hi everyone.
I got this medal for reasonable price, and it looks very good to me but I still can't make myself to put it with my collection without this forum experts OK. Medals is right size, weight,no poke marks under magnification, very good overall details, ring seems to be the way it should, ribbon was replaced. The only thing that makes me worry is a thin line on the reverse starting from a ring and goes across the star at 12 O'clock. Again picture quality isn't the best(doesn't show much detail)

Whats you guys think, did i just got scammed ???
