Female Uniforms

This is a recent aquisition.

Tank troops lieutnant-colonel, female uniform; jacket+skirt+overseas cap. Shaped and made for the curves of the soviet female figure. Nice ribbon bar with "For Distinguished Military Service" II class being top award and two badges whereof the lower one is a nicknack for 50th anniversary of the Soviet Union and the upper one is for 1st degree experience.

Please excuse the white shirt and east german belt, I did not have a suitable green shirt nor a correct shoulder-belt.

Great uniform Tretov! I renamed this a thread on Female uniform of all eras; we need more info on this!

Here are 2 more female uniforms, an M1943 artillery officer, and a converted M1940 nurse (told it was a nurse, but no medical insignia on the boards). Interesting that she was appointed to her rank with the addition of the narrow boards, but you can still see on the collar the original 1940 rank outline.

Next one - a female signals lieutnant parade uniform, M/69.
This uniform was made up for the fiance of one of my clients in the far east.

1.This used to be medical service NCO, but someone changed the emblems (on sleeve patch it was removed and a metal one was attached). The ribbons are probably not original t it (but who knows? extended service badge could havenot left any trace), but the last one is something strange, so I enclose enlarged pic.

2.Airforce Major parade.

Sorry for this kind of exposition, but I have no "female" manniquin.


I have sergeant of artillery and naval shirt somewhere, but will have to dig it out.
Also had Naval blue dress, but this one was probably sold quite some time ago.
