Re: Need opinion on sub badge

Modern (read as made yesterday) and made in bulk - I was offered 20 at a show last weekend as supposedly unissued stock.

submarine commander badge

Any reason to doubt it? Can you tell the era? My guess is 70s-80s.

And yes, that's my homemade repair on the reverse.:thumbsdown

Actually, this is one of the first Soviet items I ever got; I've had it for more than 10 years I'd guess.
TIA

Re: submarine commander badge

I saw that the question of Eric remained unanswered, with this I would like to take this opportunity to show you two of my badges.
I don't know if they are genuine, and maybe one isn't even Soviet, but Romanian or Hungarian.
I would like to know much your opinion.
Thank you very much. :)

Re: submarine commander badge

Marsino,

I am no expert in these badges. But how is the screw fixed.

If it is like in my picture, I think it is a fake.

best regards
Andreas

Re: question of Submarine Badge

Ni Hao,

The badges shown in the third picture are notorious copies.

Re: question of Submarine Badge

Only first badge is probably original, but I'm not sure.
