Zolotarev (PHD, JD, professor), V.A. Durov (Senior Fellow of the State Historic Society), General and Hero of the USSR V.I.Varennikov, M.V. Muzalevsky (one of the authors of the Catalogue "Orders and Medals of the USSR).
