A small pocket book (5,5 x 7 cm), printed in Moscow 1986.
212 pages, 106 colour pictures, in russian.

I hadn't seen it ,but it seems to have only the basic information.

It's OK, not many details, just general facts.

Tal, I've just noticed this post. Interestingly enough I have the same set of books, one by Stalin and one by Lenin. They document the speaches maded by Stalin and Lenin in the parliment of the day. BTW, I also have the tiny russian medals book. Just to cute to overlook :)
